ABOUT THE PROJECT
The exhibition, entitled “Recovered History: Jewish Life in Wrocław and Lower Silesia,” was first presented on May 6, 2010, in the newly restored Synagogue under the White Stork in Wrocław. The opening of the exhibition was part of the events marking the completion of the first phase of the project to restore the synagogue building for the Wrocław Jewish Community as a Center for Jewish Education and Culture.

ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
The mission of the Bente Kahan Foundation is to promote the values of mutual respect and human rights, drawing on the tragic experiences of European Jews during World War II.
